PAYMENT – We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
Government credit cards are also accepted. We do not accept credit card payments for international orders only wire transfers, please contact a Spenro representative for international payment options and details regarding our payment policies.

WARRANTY – Our tools carry an unconditional 30-day warranty. This covers defective tools only. Any misuse, abuse, or alterations will void the warranty. Most of our Air Tools carry a 1 year warranty.

RETURNS – Approved return merchandise must be accompanied with the proper return material authorization (RMA) in order to receive proper credit. A 20% restocking charge will apply in most cases.

CURRENCY – All pricing is in US dollars.

CAGE CODE – For our U.S. Government customers, our CAGE code is 9W326

PRICING – Our pricing is based upon our cost from the manufacturer, this pricing is subject to change without notice. Please contact a Spenro Representative for pricing and available.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS – We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when discontinued by the manufacturer to Spenro Aircraft Tools
RIGHTS OF ACCESS – By accepting purchase orders, the organization agrees to:
Notify Spenro of nonconforming produce, obtain Spenro approval for nonconforming product disposition, notify Spenro of changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain Spenro approval and flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements, records retention requirements and right of access by Spenro, their customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – All orders will be shipped complete. Shipping available with FedEx, UPS or DHL if preferred. If any item ordered is out of stock, you will receive email updates with estimated ship dates on your back ordered items. If there is a particularly long lead time on a back ordered item, we can make partial shipments on your order to reduce your wait time on all the other items in the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – International Shipping is available. If you have a shipping account you would like to use please provide the shipping company name and account number when placing your order. Otherwise we will determine the best international shipping method and will bill the freight charges to your credit card separately when the order ships.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Expedited shipping is available, charges may be added to an existing invoice or charges may be collected against your account with a shipping carrier
